Roasted Pineapple & Habanero Chicken Salad



1/2 cup Chopped Onion
3 1/2 cups Diced Chicken
1 cup Chopped Celery
1/2 cup Pineapple
1 jar Robert Rothschild Roasted Pineapple and Habanero Dip
1/4 t. Salt


Combine all ingredients into a bowl. Garnish with an orange slice and either feta cheese or chopped walnuts.

Serve on a croissant or warm pita bread.
